Fitness for the Mind brings self-care to a whole new level. Together we will explore self-growth topics, and have conversations on mindset. Well cover topics such as:
· What’s holding us back from doing the things we know we need to do
· What our limiting beliefs are about ourselves and our lives
· How we choose to show up in the world
· What impact or legacy we wish to leave and how to craft it
· so much more …
Join us for some mental calisthenics as we jump in and figure out how we can push through and make those changes to reach our goals and allow us to create lives we love.
As a culture, a society, we put a lot of emphasis on taking care of the world around us. We also spend a lot of time, money and effort taking care of the body we live in … but rarely do we give much consideration to what’s on the inside.
The fact is … taking care of our mind is just as important as taking care of our body. That’s why started Fitness or The Mind.
We meet on Clubhouse every Wednesday from 8 – 9 pm EST.
What is Clubhouse? It’s a new app that allows you to enter different rooms to join conversations centered around a particular topic. Think of it like listening to a podcast, but it’s live and you can ask questions and jump in on the conversation! In order to join Clubhouse you do need an invite. Just ask if you’d like a link to join!
What's Next is kind of like a book club, but with no books. It's a way for us to connect as humans on a regular basis, share our stories, our challenges, and our triumphs, and support each other as we all figure out how to live a joyful life.
We meet once a month via zoom. Space is limited to 8 participants at each session. Small groups allow us to provide a safe and supportive environment for open discussion.
Each month our fun hour of guided discussion focuses on a different topic to encourage our personal growth and a greater enjoyment of life.
What's Next? is led by Saramaria Allenby and Nancy Sawyer, friends who share an interest in helping others and creating joyful lives. Saramaria is an ordained minister and a coach specializing in recovery and spirituality. Nancy is a certified transformation coach who specializes in working with women in midlife.
