  • Weekly Meetings

    The Compass Club offers a supportive space for personal growth in an online group setting. Our calls center around a different topic each week. We learn together and grow by sharing our experiences and our thoughts. Occasionally we have a guest coach or speaker to work with us as well. Women supporting each other in growth is the modern day Tupperware party. It’s like a book club with a purpose. An hour of self-care and we all come out stronger and more fulfilled. Yes please.

  • Private Facebook Group

    The private Facebook group is an online space where we can continue the conversations and share our wins and our challenges throughout the week. Additional content relative to our discussions will be posted in the group as well. Members can easily connect with each other if desired and forge deeper friendships. We will also post special challenges, and this will be our accountability section to keep each other motivated.

    In this exclusive member area you’ll find a free library of templates, to do’s, ideas suggestions, additional instruction and worksheets for you to use as you wish. Some of these go along with our topics and others are just things to share. This is an ever developing collection of goodies for you to use and peruse at your leisure. Self care is way more than bubble baths and mani-pedis. Use these items to take care of you. You deserve it. :)
